I’m horrible about taking pictures of my cooks. After we are done eating or I’m done with a turn in box I’m thinking crap I should have taken a picture. We had a couple over Saturday to hangout and try it. When I get a new seasoning in I typically take it to work and let a couple guys taste it as we cook together and or against each other regularly. I don’t show or tell what it is until I bet them just let them taste in a clear bucket. I’d say this is a clear winner !!! The gals loved it!!! I did add a little coarse ground double pepper cow cover to mine and my buddies. They were all absolutely delicious !!! Keep on coming with the amazing rubs. Please keep me a stash of the campfire. I know what to do with it !!! Fixing to be stacking awards at comps.

I'm very sorry to not have a picture. BUT this season is INCREDIBLY GOOD on my steaks. I grilled all weekend and ribeyes was heavy on the menu. I used it with the double pepper coarse cow cover with dirty bird as the base. My wife gave me the OMG honey... this is DELICIOUS looks. Lol. I thought the double pepper coarse cow cover was my go to....but when I added this over top of it. BOOOOOMMMM... the flavor went through the roof. AWESOMELY GOOD!!!!

The name of this "the best" is not understated. It is the best. I can't wait to have it again. On just about anything I can come up with. Steaks, roasts, chickens roasted, thighs, pork in all kinds of cuts. I've sent bottles to many members of my family and the first thing they notice is the different color. After I tell them to read the ingredient label, they get it! And that starts their own quest in finding the many things to season things with. This is really a super rub.

I bought some 2” thick Porterhouse’s and my wife and I weren’t real hungry, so I trimmed the filet and strip out. This was the first time I’ve ever used the Prime Steak rub and it was absolutely phenomenal! I did a light dusting of Cow Cover to start and then the Prime Steak on top. I don’t think I’ll ever cook another steak without it!

Tried the prime rib rub on its own. It was okay for me but when i combined it with cow cover it was way better. Then tried it in combination with SPG and it was outstanding! Definitely have to let it sit for 20-30 minutes to work its way into the meat before cooking.

Cooked up a Prime Rib Eye with the Prime Steak rub. It really was the best steak I’ve ever cooked. I gave it a little smoke, up to about 85 degrees and transferred it to a 650 degree grill for the last few mins. The flavors this rub brings out are amazing!
