Smoked Bologna bites & cream cheese. I Used the Cherrywood Smoked Chipotle Rub on the Bologna which I first coated in yellow mustard. After 45 min at 250 on the Traeger I placed in an aluminum pan with more rub, butter, Hot Honey & BBQ sauce for an additional 45 minutes. Everyone loved them. For the cream cheese I scored, covered it in Sweet Honey Pecan Rub & smoked along side the Bologna. Both were hits!!!!

I was a competition Chili cook and took up BBQ 25 years ago. I made Cherry bomb babybacks per the recipe with 1 change I have cherry emulsion I diluted 1/2 tsp to 32 oz of H20. I sprayed every 30 minutes and use the leftover solution at foiling. The rub in my opinion is sex in a shaker bottle. I never got the option for the vote. Happy Q'ing

Excuse the fine China but my first cook with this rub was lamb chops, and yes the potatoes got a dash as well. AMAZING! I took the left overs to work and everyone was asking for the recipe. Keep in mind I’m cooking in an apartment I do not have any of my smokers here with me now. (But that’s about to change)
I brought about 4 tsp full to work and gave it to one of 5he local I plant and he used it on pork chops on a grill and came back the next day asking how to get ahold of some as they were the best chops he has ever eaten. This stuff is for sure a game changer. If I was still competing I’d use it light on chicken but heavy on pork. Ribs and butts
