The Kosmos Q Lab Secret Stash: Honey Bourbon Rub

Tried it on chicken thighs and it was great! Can’t wait to try it on more. My new favorite rub for sure…..

My absolute favorite. Honey sweet at the front, bourbon bite at the back end. Goes well with all proteins

Used this with Salmon which was okay, but then tried on chicken, not so good. Rather strong taste profile. Sweet, spicy and another unusual flavor which is rather strong and at times overpowering.

Super great honey flavor along with a sting of heat! Loved the smoke from the bourbon!

Used it on pulled pork and it turned out great! Little bit of sweet little bit of that bourbon flavor. Once I pulled the pork I added some more as well as Killer Bee rub and all the flavors lined up perfectly

Was excited to try this new rub. Used it heavily on a pork butt. Unfortunately the family and I all disliked it. We thought it lacked flavor. Slightly sweet but no Bourbon flavor at all. I would have voted kill it if I would have had a chance to use it as soon as I got it. But I didn't have anything available nor the time to try it out before voting closed.

Used this rub on a ribs and it was amazing

Very good rub. Used it on Baby Back Ribs along with the Asian Sticky Glaze and had the best ribs II have ever turned out. Will be using this combination in the future on my ribs and more.

Used this yesterday on Baby Back Ribs. Extremely good. Delicious ribs.

Perfect sweet and heat

Used the Honey Bourbon on some pork belly burnt ends as well as KosmosQ Maple Bourbon Glaze and they were great!Going to use it on ribs next!Its a keeper

Was excited to use. So grabbed a three pack of ribs from Costco and went to town. Awesomeness all around.
