Put the brisket rub on a pork loin topped it off with the Italian rub cooked to 135 internal turn the heat up to 400 from 250 till internal was 147 took it off wrapped in aluminum foil for 30 min rest sliced put it on the table gone ! I got 1 piece amazing!!!!!!

Made 5 lbs. (before dehydrating) of Italian Roast Beef Jerky using this as the base rather than Italian Salad Dressing. Came out great. Going to try in on pork roast next. Have enough for at least a couple of more cooks. Thumbs up

Smoked at 250* topped with romano cheeze, I injected it with pork injection and added a 1/2 teaspoon of moisture magic overnight, and 3 hours smoking with apple pellets later, juice just rolled out of this loin...
