Family members really enjoyed this on boneless, skinless chicken thighs! It’s got a nice pineapple flavor followed up with the habanero heat that we think is at the top of our heat tolerance. Highly recommended!

Did a couple port tenderloins. One the old way and one with the pineapple habanero. Pineapple was gone quickly and people complained about having to have "the old stuff" which was amazing until now.

It’s a unique rub with a good blend of citrus and heat. Only caution is that some folks think it’s a bit too hot for thier palette. Hence, I used it with Dirty Bird at - 70/30% ratio on pork ribs. Going to try it next on some Salmon with a cedar plank. Will use it sparingly to avoid the heat overwhelming the fish with heat.

It was a true experiment, I didn’t use any binder for the rub, and I injected the (pork butt) with a mixture of pineapple juice, brown sugar and spiced rum! It actually came out pretty good!! Kind of a Caribbean vibe! A little on the sweet side and I’m sure I’ll be tweeking it as I go, but definitely a keeper!!
