Today, I’m giving you a Turkey Brine behind the scenes at Kosmos Q HQ! Our Turkey Brine has been a fan-favorite for a long time, but we’ve never shown anyone what it looks like for our team. Plus, you’re getting an exclusive look into our brand-new warehouse! I’m also telling you a little bit about how we’ve fine-tuned all of our processes with what we’ve learned over the years and previewing some big things that are coming in the future. From the Kosmos Q Family to you and yours, Happy Thanksgiving!
On today’s video, I’m joining my buddy Mark to cook up some South Carolina pulled pork bombs! Everyone knows about the debate over which part of the country has the best barbecue, so Mark is going to try to convince me that South Carolina is the winner. Let me tell you, this pulled pork recipe is super impressive and packed with flavor. Weigh in below - which state has the best bbq?
Thanksgiving is right around the corner so today, we’re cooking up a smoked turkey breast on the Traeger. My buddy Greg is back and he’s going to take you through the entire process so that you can make sure you don’t mess up your Thanksgiving meal. He’s using our fan-favorite Turkey Brine from our Complete Turkey Brine Kit to pack in the flavor from the very beginning. Then, he’s gonna prep the turkey breast with Dirty Bird rub and cook that baby until it reaches at least 165°F. For the finishing touch, he’s pouring on a thick layer of Cherry Apple Habanero BBQ Glaze which is also in our Turkey Brine Kit. Give this recipe a try and maybe this will finally be the year you impress your in-laws with your holiday turkey!
Everyone wishes that they could have award-winning competition BBQ at their backyard barbecue parties. With Kosmo’s BBQ, that's exactly what you'll have, every time.
