I almost love the Cherry Habanero. I did not realize, and probably my fault, but this is a molasses forward taste. I personally don’t like molasses as the prominent flavor, though the cherry undertones were delicious. If you put the amount of molasses down near the honey in the ingredients list, this would rock for me.

Was my second order and I use it on a variety of meats . My best was some beef brisket cut up and used for sandwiches or just plain. I took them out in our pontoon and shared with friends and they all wondered where it came from. Also great on beef jerky.

For the first time I brined my turkey with Kosmos Q turkey brine as seen in your video and after smoking it I applied the Cherry Habanero Glaze and I have to say it was the best tasting turkey I have ever had. All of my family and guests complimented me on the taste. My only regret was I should have purchased a larger turkey as there was none left for leftovers!!

I used it on deer straps with some cow cover and lemme tell you absolutely a banger combo you cut your back strap thin In strips like skirt steaks and cook it hot and quick to medium well or your preferred temp. Gotta soak it In red wine vinager, white wine vinager, Montreal steak seasoning, water, and oil of your choice I prefer extra virgin olive oil for 2 or 5 hours prior of grilling

Used Dirty Bird and Honey Bee as the rub then finished it with Cherry Habanero and it turned out like no other. I normally cook ribs and then serve sauce on the side (you can do that here too) but why mess with such a great recipe. Better yet ??you can see it being done on KosmosQ's YouTube Channel!
