The taste reminds me of a barbecue mesquite smoke taste with honey I use it on everything steaks, pork ,chicken vegetables and even sandwiches. I first came across this seasoning while shopping in Walmart to replace my old barbecue seasoning that had got discontinued. And , ounce I realize I can order it directly from the company I started doing just that because many stores are not good at restocking items when they run out.

This rub is a winner. I use it on pork and chicken. I grill pork loins and cover generously, and when I do pork butts not only use with a mustard binder, once it’s all cook and pulled I use it again to season through out. We love it and I always have plenty on hand.

I kill these kettle carrots, I spray a 9 by 9 foil pan and then add approximately 1 1/2 pounds of baby carrots then dust them with killer bee chipotle rub and add 1/3 stick of butter slices on top and cover with foil and then off to the Weber kettle and cook for about 45 minutes tossing them every ten minutes

Started with the Killer Bee Honey Rub and finished with the Peach Habanero bbq sauce…everyone e loved it. A store bought spiral slice ham and whole chicken wings with tips removed. On the Big Green Egg for roughly 2hrs & 45mins at 275 first 2hrs then finished at 350 for remainder. Glazed during g last 25 mins or so. Easy & delicious. Fed 8 adults along with sides…Cole slaw, cowboy baked beans, & corn bread !

Tried it on a port short rib and it was so good I could hardly wait for it to finish cooking. I kept cutting off a small piece. It was so good. My grandson’s girlfriend and her daughter stopped by. I gave them a piece. They loved it and wanted some of the seasoning. I shared it with her.
