I am 82 years old and a very experienced BBQ chef. My spice cabinet is full of Kosmo's seasonings. My new favorite is "Sweet Honey Pecan". It has great flavor and my wife and I love it. I have been using it on chicken tenders with a little Italian dressing chased after done with a very light splash of Kosmo bbq sauce. Internal temp to at least 155, but do not over grill.
