Dirty bird is the most versatile rub I’ve ever used. Not only do I use it for my smoked wings for my restaurant, it goes in smoked Mac and cheese, smoked baked beans and green beans. I usually make my own rub, but I can’t come close to this. Definitely a life long customer!!!

My family and I discovered Dirty Bird Rub a couple of years ago. I had purchased some at an Ace Hardware in my area. It started an immediate love affair. We have it on grilled chicken thighs at least once a week. It pairs well with a host of other meats (and vegetables) as well.
Do yourself and your family a favor and give it a try. Trust me, you won't regret it.
Best regards from Largo, Florida.

Ive been using Dirty Bird for about 2 years religously. Having big cookouts all my guests say the rub I use is phenominal. I use it as a common kitchen seasoning in my house.

Beat all purpose rub for literally any meat and side dish. Smoky goodness that just takes a standard piece of chicken and elevates it to flavortown.
Charles H.
I use everything I have purchased in my bbq competitions and I love it. I've won more 1st positions than any other. I believe you need to get ahold of me and talk sponsorship.

I love Dirty Bird on all my chicken, but wings and thighs are my favorite. I like to brine my wings with a bit of Dirty Bird. Then, I rinse the wings, pat dry, and let them rest for five minutes. Finally, I coat them with a nice layer of Dirty Bird, and in the smoker, they go on 325 until they reach 160 internal and have a crust built up.
Jesus
It's awesome seasoning great on everything.
Joe G.
This weekend, I did some wings for our D&D group. To prep them, I first patted 'em dry, tossed 'em with baking powder+salt, then covered them with Dirty Bird rub. The baking powder helped the skin be crispy, but the Dirty Bird made it taste so very delicious. Everyone was thrilled with the flavor. We have a lot of it in the house right now and will be using it again soon. Our next turkey will be made with the Dirty Bird as well!

Big hit. I cannot make enough. Straight dirty bird. Love it. This is all I use for wings. My family loved it they asked what I use. I used it for a baby shower big hit. I'm going to be buying more. Thank you.
Luke
This rub is excellent on fried chicken wings. Toss in Dirty bird follows by a light flower dredge and before you know it all the wings will be gone and you never even added any sauce!
Elizabeth R.
Love your rubs
Ned Y.
Excellent product! Best rub for chicken wings I’ve found! I’ll be ordering some additional products as well!
James D.
Not the best photo but I did double smoke ham using jealous devil lump, cherry wood on my Humphreys battle box. Seasoned with Kosmos ham kit but used the regular dirty bird instead of the hot because guests did not want anything spicy, this ham turned out so good, I do believe from guests reactions this was the best ham I have done to date. I think this rub is going to work so good on just about anything. I have been a person who always makes their own rubs but with this quality I am hooked. Prior to this I have only used Kosmos brisket injection, awesome by the way, and now I am going to try it all. Thanks very much Kosmos.
Larry
Perfect for that big bird!
