Dirty Bird is fantastic! I have used it on pork, chicken, and steak. Outrageous flavor alone, adding a coating of Kosmo's Q BBQ glaze takes it over the top. Bought a large package of wings from ALDI and smothered them in yellow mustard then hit them with Dirty Bird seasoning. Weber charcoal grill with vortex method, 450 degrees for 50 minutes. No sauce needed, they were delicious!

Dirty bird is the most versatile rub I’ve ever used. Not only do I use it for my smoked wings for my restaurant, it goes in smoked Mac and cheese, smoked baked beans and green beans. I usually make my own rub, but I can’t come close to this. Definitely a life long customer!!!

My family and I discovered Dirty Bird Rub a couple of years ago. I had purchased some at an Ace Hardware in my area. It started an immediate love affair. We have it on grilled chicken thighs at least once a week. It pairs well with a host of other meats (and vegetables) as well.
