I absolutely love this. That's why I bought 4 lbs of it. I love Jays Hot Stuff Potato chips, and they're not sold in Arizona. So I put this seasoning on them, and its the closest I can get to the Jays chips. Im in heaven!.

Applied it to our smoked Easter ham with the honey killer bee and maple bourbon glaze. Excellent!! Coated some of my wife's turkey burgers with it, she loved it. Sprinkled some on my smoked egg salad. Fantastic!!

Tried the Hot Dirty Bird on wings and the entire poker group, along with myself, thoroughly enjoyed the wings. Good flavor, not too hot but plenty of good spice! Out of the two wings that night, they went first, quickly followed by the Killer Honey Bee wings. Strongly recommend both! Went back the next day and bought more of each.

Used it on a couple of chicken hind quarters which were then smoked with cherry wood, and they turned out EXCELLENT! My wife is still claiming it was some of the best chicken I've ever smoked.
Also, tried it on a couple of prime New York strip steaks which I sous vide'd and finished on the grill, and was pleasantly surprised how well it works on beef.

Smoke low n slow til internal 165. Pull off. Air fryer 400 for 4 min n get the best of both worlds. Smoke birth bird taste and crispy wings!
