I absolutely love this stuff! My favorite is cooking wings on my Weber Kettle with a Vortex so the skin is crispy and the wings juicy. Take them off the grill and toss in a little butter with the Nashville Hot Chicken. So damn good!

I was very excited to try the Nashville Hot dust, unfortunately we (myself, wife and son) were all very disappointed. Rather than Nashville Hot flavor (which I'm a huge fan of) the dust tasted more like very spicy Cheetos. While the heat level was good, none of us enjoyed the flavor and after the meal we all spent some quality time in the bathroom.

I ordered all 4 flavors because we love wings! I like a little spice but this flavor was a tad too spicy for me. I normally eat jalapenos, siracha but I can't do Ghost or Habanero peppers. Maybe next time we will mix the hot with the barbecue flavor!

You cook your chicken first and then you sprinkle a little bit this on both sides. Trust me you got a great hot wing and if you like real hot stuff, try the Carolina ghost wings they are phenomenally hot and delicious a little goes along way again you cook them with nothing on themI did mine in an air fryer and when they came out, I sprinkled a little bit on both sides

First Time Sprinkled Sum Dirty Bird Rub On The Wings Before Cooking, Then Dusted Them With Wing Dust After Cooking.... Really Good... Second Time Just Used A Light Sprinkle Of Wing Dust Before And Then Dusted After... This Was Better.... Tell Ya Why.... The Dirty Bird Rub Is Good On It's Own As A Spice... The Wing Dust Is Also Really Good On Its Own As A Wing Dust.... Combine The Two And It Changes The Original Flavor Of The Spices... To Each His Own I Guess... Also... There is nothing even remotely hot about this wing dust. It is also quite salty. I used it tonight in place of Lowry's Seasoned salt. It works as a seasoned salt -- not good as a wing dust.

Used the Nashville Hot Wing Dust for the first time. Coated the wings in a little olive oil, Kosmos SPG and then air fried for 20 minutes for extra crisp skin. Good coating of the Wing Dust. Excellent! Will definitely order again, but have to try some others first.

I mix this with panko bread crumbs and coat chicken tenders with flour and egg wash and bread crumbs then bake 20 mins at 425. They are great and less fat than frying.

I’m not the review type guy but after trying this rub and to this time. Unreal. Used a whole pound plus of chicken wings, dusted them with the rub, let the rest in the fridge for a couple of hours and air fried. 8 min on 400, flip then 8 min. Best wings ever.

Absolutely LOVE the Nashville Hot chicken wing dust. The recipe called for texas toast, but we used ciabatta bread instead and it was delicious. And of course we had to top with pickle, lettuce, tomato and a little Original competition BBQ sauce! Never disappointed with any of the products or the recipes. Thank you guys!

I don't know why people come here to complain about the shipping charge! It is very misleading to people that are actually trying to read reviews on the actual dust...What I don't like is how all the bags say to fry chicken naked and put the dust on. I eat this on battered wings, chicken tenders, etc. and it's delicious. Pretty hot, but maybe I add too much!

I made this just the way he and Malcom Reed made them. One word to describe them - Awesome!! Everyone that I made them for loved it!! Two of them that ate the chicken sandwiches have since ordered this dust. I also got the garlic parm and the buffalo hot, I grilled wings and dusted them. They were good, but didn't hold a candle to the NHC!

I love Kosmo and appreciate his approach and respect the hustle, but the hardest thing about buying from this site is the shipping cost. I order about twice a year to stock up on items, but now. I might make one more purchase and be done with ordering from here because of the shipping cost. Sometimes I just one to try a new item but wait, it's double that price because of shipping. It's not worth it anymore. It looks like I am going to AT BBQ.
