Well unfortunately I do not have pictures, but, OMG. The turkey came out looking black. I thought the same as you,( we cooked the shit out of it.) Nope the skin was black but so flaky & full of flavor. Delicious!! The bird was cooked to perfection. Juicy &full of flavor. Was very popular at dinner. I wiil be doing another for Christmas. My wife loves it so much she has suggested doing whole chickens. This was my first brine, and it went very well. Thanks kosmos!!

I don’t even know where to start. I was a bit skeptical about that brine since I’m from the Caribbean and we traditionally do all our marinades from scratch. But I saw all the reviews from this online and decided to give it a try. Best decision ever. I grilled my turkey and It was a hit this thanksgiving. The meet wasn’t dry at all! This stuff is amazing we made our turkey with this last year the family loved it it turned out so good. We brined it for 12hrs before Christmas day and pulled it out and pat dry then applied the dirty bird seasoning then deep fried the turkey. It was fantastic can't ever have a turkey cooked different ever again will be a life time customer.

If you’re going to cook a turkey and you don’t use this Turkey brine and Dirty Bird, I’m sorry but your turkey just won’t cut it. This combination is unbelievably delicious every time. Whole bird or just a breast, it’s the best!!
