I recently tried the Tomahawk Pork Chops with Honey Chipotle Rub & Raspberry Chipotle Sauce recipe from Kosmos Q—a company I had never heard of until now—and wow, I’m blown away. 55+ years of grilling, and this is the best pork chop recipe I’ve ever tried—Kosmos Q nailed it. I followed their recipe to the letter except for one tweak: I smoked the chops on my pellet grill at 230°, then finished them with a hot sear on my gas grill—one minute per side, flipping each minute for a total of four minutes. The rub and spices are next-level—some of the best I’ve come across in years. Kosmos Q just earned a customer for life. Take my advice: give this recipe a try. You won’t regret it.

Man, oh man, what can I say about this honey jalapeño sauce! The sauce was a major hit. People loved it on our barbecue ribs that we cooked on the grill and sauce them and glazed them and then we also made 20 slabs of 10 slabs of fried ribs baby bags. People was wrestling over the bottles to put on their fried ribs the honey jalapeño is hit. I’m gonna be ordering in about 10 cases in the next day or so outstanding
